Repair Services

Cooley’s Inc. performs repairs and maintenance on all makes and ages of heating and air conditioning units and air-quality systems. We are available when you need us, including nights, weekends and holidays. We are just a call away: 217.234.2649.

Preventive Maintenance

Regular tune-ups save money by extending your HVAC equipment life and reducing the number of expensive repairs. Our knowledgeable staff will help you select the Preventive Maintenance program that is best for your home or office.

As a residential preventive maintenance customer, you will benefit from the following:

• Furnace/boiler tune-up in the fall
• Air Conditioner tune-up in the spring
• Humidifier and air cleaner maintenance (if applicable)
• 20% discount on all parts when a repair is needed (including plumbing)
• Preferred customer service (No overtime charges after hours. This excludes New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Regular overtime charges apply on these days.)

Installation - New Construction & Remodeling

Our staff can help you make an informed purchase by helping you sort through the maze of HVAC equipment on the market (furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, heat pumps and air handlers). Since Cooley’s Inc. is a volume buyer, we get the best pricing available. Our fabrication shop is equipped to build precision fittings and complex duct work for custom homes and commercial projects of all sizes. NONE of our projects use ductboard, which is composed of materials that have been suggested by the State of California to cause cancer in laboratory animals.

In the past few years there have been significant advances in HVAC technology. If your HVAC system is more than 10 years old, you may want to consider installing a new HVAC system to obtain maximum comfort and health benefits, and reduce our increasing energy costs.
